The updates will include new prompts for key instructions, documenting pre-existing vehicle damage and will mandate the collection of vehicle condition photos.
These improvements are designed to streamline the pre-trip process, communicate next-steps more clearly, and collect the necessary documentation for vehicle conditions. The new and improved process will ensure better accuracy and efficiency for claims processing and vehicle inspections record keeping for both renters and owners alike.
