A look inside the Getaround Chicago launch party

We’re thrilled to have officially our on-demand carsharing service in Chicago this month! And since no launch is complete without a party, we brought together our amazing community and live local talent to celebrate the future of carsharing in Chicago.

And what a party it was.

We were honored to have performances by Malcolm London, Matthew Santos and DJ Galvan. There was amazing food provided by Chicago’s own Chef Charles Webb and the Salsa Truck.

A special shout out to our event sponsor, and Getaround insurance provider, Assurant. Not only did they help us throw a top-notch event, but they make sharing cars on Getaround safe and secure.
